How to Report a Bug

Encounter a problem while using BlockWallet? Let us know, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible! 

At BlockWallet we strive to create the perfect product, but also understand that there will be minor bugs along the way. With the help of our community, each bug that we find will bring us one step closer to achieving our goal. 

If you find a bug while using BlockWallet, you can report it in any of our different channels:

• create an Issue on our GitHub.
• use our Bug Report page on our website.
• contacting us on Telegram
• in the #reports channel on Discord.

When reporting the bug that you experienced, please be as descriptive as possible, and also include a screenshot if applicable. This helps us easily pinpoint the issue and take the appropriate steps to ensure the bug is fixed quickly.
